Private lessons are the most flexible way to learn in our shop. Whether you want to build a specific project, learn a new skill, or get comfortable using a particular machine, private instruction lets you work at your own pace with focused guidance from an experienced instructor. These sessions are ideal for beginners or experienced woodworkers.

Before beginning private lessons, all students complete a Shop Safety Training session ($75). This introduction covers the machines in our shop, safe operating practices, and the basics of working with wood as a material.
Private lessons are $75 per hour and can be scheduled individually or purchased together as a gift card for someone who wants to learn, build a project, or grow their woodworking skills.
